Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided that no credits have been used.

If some credits have been used, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

Free credits granted upon registration are non-refundable.

If a generation fails due to a technical issue, credits are refunded automatically.
